Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for its Digital Services arm, based at our Leeds office and supporting sites across the North East. You will lead BMS service delivery and a team of engineers to ensure high-quality technical service, contract performance, and customer satisfaction in line with SLAs.

You will drive growth opportunities, manage subcontractors, and maintain compliance while balancing operational delivery with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing self-delivered and subcontracted BMS services at scale.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc).
• P&L responsibility with a track record of success.
• Excellent commercial acumen and KPI delivery.
• Ability to secure new growth opportunities and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital services across portfolio sites.
• Manage 15-20 Service Engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular contract reviews with customers and senior clients.
• Upsell services where possible and drive growth.
• Ensure SLAs and safety/compliance standards are met across all sites.
• Engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to optimise service levels.
