Job summary

Equans seeks a Digital Operations Centre Manager to lead digital service provision across the portfolio. Based from our Digital hub, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations of BMS remote service engineers, project support and other digital/IoT services, ensuring delivery of KPI targets and SLAs while managing specialist supplier relationships.

You will work across contracts valued from £1m to £3m, review performance with customers, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree level education, or qualified and experienced trade (electrotechnical/remote systems).
• Experience managing self-delivered and subcontracted BMS services at large scale with software, networking and Java.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for digital service provision in the DOC.
• Day-to-day management of BMS Remote Service Engineers, BMS Project Support and other digital/IoT services (≈10 people).
• Managing specialist supplier relationships and regular contract reviews with customers.
• Delivery of contract KPIs – meeting SLAs and ensuring compliance with safety and contract standards.
• Stakeholder engagement and P&L responsibility between £1m-£3m; travel to sites for service reviews.
