Job summary

Switch Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned BMS Contract Manager to lead digital service provision across a portfolio of sites from the Midlands up to the North West. You will oversee day-to-day management of 15–20 service engineers and partners, ensuring reliable operations.

This hybrid role demands strong commercial acumen, KPI delivery, and the ability to upsell services. You will travel to sites for reviews, safety inspections and stakeholder meetings, while maintaining P&L

Qualifications

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage KPIs.
• Proven track record delivering contract outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital service provision across all sites in the portfolio.
• Manage 15–20 service engineers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and contract standards.
• Lead reviews with customers and upsell where possible.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving operational delivery.

Job description

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsibility for digital service provision across all sites in their portfolio
• Day to Day Management of BMS Service Engineers and Service Partners (approx. 15-20 persons)
• Managing specialist subcontractors
• Regular contract reviews with customers and senior clients, upselling services where possible
• Excellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contracts
• Technical, Finance, Commercial understanding and awareness
• Operational delivery of contract KPI's - meeting SLAs
• Management of statutory, legal, safety and contract compliance standards
• Stakeholder engagement and liaising with PMO
• P&L responsibility between £1m - £3m

Travelling to all sites in the portfolio to undertake service reviews, safety visits and meet teams.

This is a Hybrid role Looking for anyone located from the Midlands up to the North West
