Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy.

You will represent Barchester and our state-of-the-art homes in a friendly and professional manner, talking to potential residents by phone and offering welcoming tours to showcase our care and community. With a competitive salary from £40,000 plus car allowance and commission, you will work with

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy

• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
