Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and drive occupancy across the region. You will work with a strong management team to convert enquiries and deliver high-quality care home experiences.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, CRM familiarity, and a customer-focused approach. A UK driving licence and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

NEED TO DO:

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
