Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across the region. You will handle inquiries, conduct resident tours, and network with the local community to boost leads and conversions.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis skills, and be self-motivated with strong interpersonal abilities. A full UK driving licence is required and a competitive package includes car allowance and commission.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.

• Maintain a contacts database.
