Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Fontwell, United Kingdom, is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across the region. You will convert enquiries, network locally, and lead sales activities with support from a strong management team to deliver first-class care home occupancy.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis skills (Salesforce or similar), and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and state-of-the-art homes professionally.
• Manage all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents by phone and conduct informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads.
• Maintain a contacts database.
• Support local marketing activities to boost enquiries and occupancy.

Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE:

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
