Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to lead sales efforts across our region and help increase occupancy in our care homes. You will work closely with a supportive management team to drive first-class care home occupancy and revenue.

In this role you will build relationships in the local community, handle inquiries, provide informative home tours, and collaborate with marketing to convert prospects into residents while maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.

Barchester are recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this region to increase occupancy. • Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
