Job summary

Sureserve Group PLC is seeking an Area Manager to oversee services across London & the South East, based in Dartford. You will ensure 100% compliance on servicing programmes, manage region functions, and be the primary link with clients for contract management while championing top-notch customer service.

You will recruit and monitor probationary periods, coordinate with fleet and procurement, and support bidding for new work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer with ACS qualification.
• Experience in customer service and contract management is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% compliance on servicing programmes.
• Manage region and key functions; act as main client contact for contracts.
• Lead customer service initiatives and act on feedback.
• Oversee fleet quality and coordinate with fleet department as needed.
• Assist in bidding and contracting for new work.
• Recruitment and probationary monitoring across the region.
• Handle ad-hoc admin duties and ensure accurate reporting.
• Attend contract meetings and report to Head of Region.
