YMCA Thames Gateway Group seeks a Contracts and Servicing Manager to oversee statutory and non-statutory servicing contracts, utility contracts, cleaning services and key property vendors across the portfolio.

You will lead contract performance, procurement, servicing programmes and compliance administration, working to deliver safe, compliant, and value-for-money services while supporting the Building Safety Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statutory and non-statutory servicing contracts across the portfolio
• Manage procurement, servicing programmes and utilities management
• Coordinate cleaning operations and vendor performance
• Support Building Safety Manager to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
