Job summary

Sureserve Group, a leading provider of compliance and energy services in the UK, is recruiting a Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field activity across London and the South East. You will lead field teams, manage client communications, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include complaints handling, quoting, status tracking, and reporting on performance against SLAs. A full UK driving licence is required, with experience in social housing desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Field Management – be the first point of contact for field teams in your region/area.
• Complaints Escalations – review complaints and present resolutions to clients.
• Quoting of Works – use calculators/SOR to establish costs aligned with margins.
• Tracking Repair Status – monitor jobs and actions for SLA compliance.
• Review Departmental Performance – report points of improvement to line manager.
