Consult is seeking an Operations Director to lead the Northern region, overseeing a portfolio of construction projects and driving profitable growth. You will be accountable for P&L, implementing the business plan, and delivering on-time, safe projects while expanding market share.

The role requires a collaborative leader with a track record in public sector frameworks, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build high-performing teams dedicated to delivery and excellence.
