Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an Operations Director for the Northern region in the United Kingdom. You will lead the regional business, drive profitable growth, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of construction projects across a diverse portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will develop work-winning strategies with pre-construction teams, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering public sector construction projects in framework environments.
• Able to navigate client, supply chain and external stakeholder landscapes.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and lead diverse teams to empower and deliver.
