Job summary

Fintelligent in the North West is seeking a Regional Director to own P&L, drive profitable growth, and lead multi-contract operations across the region.

You will translate strategy into regional plans, build senior client relationships, and steer delivery, governance, and risk management while developing regional leadership.

This leadership role offers autonomy, accountability and scope to influence growth across construction, property services and regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within construction, housing, planned maintenance, property services or a related sector.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts, locations or geographical areas.
• Strong experience of P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L performance, budgets, margins, cash management and profitable growth.
• Lead performance across multiple contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and predictable operational delivery.
• Build senior client relationships, supporting account retention, growth and effective resolution of commercial or operational issues.
• Develop regional leadership capability, workforce planning and succession while maintaining effective governance and risk management.
