Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd in the North West is seeking a Regional Director to own and drive profitability across a regional portfolio. You will translate business priorities into regional plans, balance growth with commercial control, and oversee delivery and workforce capacity.

As Regional Director, you will lead senior teams, shape strategy, manage multiple contracts, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring governance and risk management across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within construction, housing, planned maintenance, property services or related sector.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts, locations or geographical areas.
• Strong experience of P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L performance, budgets, margins, cash management and profitable growth.
• Lead performance across multiple contracts, ensuring safe, compliant and predictable operational delivery.
• Build senior client relationships, supporting account retention, growth and effective resolution of commercial or operational issues.
• Develop regional leadership capability, workforce planning and succession while maintaining effective governance and risk management.

Salary

• Circa £80,000–£90,000 per annum
