Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd is seeking a Regional Director to own profitability and oversee operations across multiple contracts in the North West. You will translate priorities into regional plans, manage budgets and lead senior teams to deliver safe, compliant service and client satisfaction.

You will build and sustain key client relationships, drive profitable growth, and shape workforce planning and governance while maintaining accountability for performance and risk across the region.

Salary

• Circa £80,000-£90,000 per annum

About You

• Significant senior leadership experience within construction,housing, planned maintenance, property servicesor a related sector.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple contracts, locations or geographical areas.
• Strong experience of P&L ownership, commercial performance, operational risk and delivering profitable growth.
