Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Regional Command Centre Manager in London to lead a 24/7 operational hub, directing supervisors and coordinating incident responses across time zones. You will shape the command centre model, improve processes, and ensure service continuity.

The role requires extensive security operations experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in security management, Command Centre, Security Operations Centre, or similar critical operations environment.
• Proven experience of managing teams and leading operational delivery in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrable experience in incident management, escalation, and crisis response coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Command Centre, ensuring functions are delivered effectively and to service expectations.
• Oversee incident, event, and decision logs and maintain audit readiness.
• Provide effective leadership, supervision, and development planning for Command Centre Supervisors.
• Monitor compliance with procedures, legal obligations, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure continuity of service.
