The Crematorium and Memorial Group is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead our South West London funeral homes, around 15 branches from Teddington to Addlestone and our Portsmouth Road Care Centre. You will oversee a regional team and guide operations across sites, ensuring compassionate, high‑quality service and a strong local presence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing multiple sites in a customer-facing, service-led environment.
• Strong team management, including leading other managers.
• Confidence in performance management and delivering results.
• P&L experience with revenue, cost and sales targets.
• Ability to build local brand presence and community visibility.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for regional travel.
• Willingness to work some evenings, weekends and on-call.
