Job summary

The Crematorium and Memorial Group in North West London is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee 10 funeral homes and a care centre, coordinating teams and delivering high service standards.

You will drive operational excellence, manage revenue and costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and build local community presence across your patch and travels.

The role requires leadership across multiple sites, a full UK driving license, willingness to travel, and a track record in a service-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple sites in a customer-facing, service-led environment.
• Proven ability to develop and coach managers and teams.
• Track record of hitting revenue and cost targets and reading P&L.
• Good understanding of regulatory standards within end-of-life or regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across 10 funeral homes and a care centre through recruitment, coaching, 1:1s and appraisals.
• Drive operational excellence, oversight of care, compliance and presentation standards, audit readiness across branches.
• Grow market share and local reputation with a community-focused plan.
• Deliver commercial results by managing revenue, costs and funeral plan targets.
• Set and uphold professional, empathetic standards across the cluster.
