Barchester is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead and enhance clinical governance across six care homes in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. You will review KPIs, analyse results and devise practical strategies to meet regulations and improve care quality.
As a registered RN with current NMC registration, you will mentor staff, coordinate training, and support senior clinicians. Regular travel is essential to fulfill the regional responsibilities and drive continuous improvement
Qualifikationen
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (General) and ongoing professional development.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and care home governance.
- Proven experience leading clinical teams and mentoring staff.
Aufgaben
- Lead and support clinical governance across six care homes.
- Review governance databases and KPIs monthly to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with Regional Director and senior clinical staff to implement actions.
- Organise training and support senior clinical staff across homes.
- Travel regularly to different locations as required by the role.
