H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 offices across the UK, ensuring a consistently excellent client experience. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance to deliver strong business results.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop teams.
• Experience improving operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage change and adopt new processes.
• Independent judgment to prioritize across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends as needed.

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.

• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
