• Experience managing service delivery across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Demonstrable people-management experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Experience handling complex client escalations and operational issues.
• Strong understanding of service levels, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within governance and risk-management environments.
• Strong stakeholder-management with senior clients and leadership teams.
• Experience improving processes through technology, automation or workflow redesign.
• Experience in outsourced or managed-service organisations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery across a multi-country regional operation.

• Monitor performance, workloads, service levels and risks.
