Job summary

H&R Block in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated team member to support tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and to help assemble tax returns. You will ensure clients receive superior service and assist with closing interviews by obtaining signatures and completing bookkeeping procedures.

A high school diploma is required; strong reading and math skills, plus the ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone, are essential.

Qualifications

• Assist with beginning of tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Begin tax interviews by entering client data into the system.
• Close interviews by assembling returns and obtaining signatures.
• Review completed returns with clients to ensure accuracy.
• Provide bookkeeping support as needed.
