Job summary

Savills is seeking an Area Manager East / South Midlands to coordinate cleaning operations across multiple sites within the UK portfolio. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality service, with hands-on onsite presence and close collaboration with cleaning teams and stakeholders.

The role focuses on site assurance, KPI delivery, and performance improvements, with responsibility for rosters, training, and reports to central management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience managing high-profile sites in a regional capacity.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular update reports to the Director, Workforce + Cleaning Lead on performance.
• Monitor vacancies and support sites in recruitment.
• Conduct KPI reviews with support agency service partners and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Cleaning & Environmental ISO9001 SOPs and procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling, rotas and on-site training to meet service levels.
• Lead TUPE and incidents investigations where required.
