Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Designate centre manager to support local Autocentres within a reasonable travel area, leading in-centre teams with motivation and focus on a fantastic customer experience.

The role offers progression, practical training, and a comprehensive benefits package including a base salary of £37,500 - £40,000, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £11,600 per year and on-target earnings up to £51,600. Five days per week to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in automotive service or retail.
• Proven ability to motivate staff and drive performance.
• Strong focus on customer experience and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-centre teams across designated Autocentres within travel area.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer journeys.
• Maintain safety, service standards and commercial targets.
