Job summary

Education Authority in Antrim seeks a Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee School Meals Kitchens and Dining Centres across designated areas. You will support the Regional Operations Manager, manage dispersed and mobile teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery with strong customer focus.

You will lead induction and ongoing training, ensure food safety standards, and support procurement, staff recruitment, and performance improvements within the catering service.

Qualifications

• Two years’ demonstrable supervisory experience in catering.
• Good knowledge of food safety and COSHH legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispersed teams and manage mobile catering teams.
• Order supplies, complete monthly financial returns, and handle banking.
• Deliver induction and in-service training; promote health and safety training.
