Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking a Regional Support Manager to provide senior operational leadership to care homes across England, Scotland and Wales. You will drive change, stabilise services and improve quality while partnering with Regional Directors and central support teams.

The role involves hands-on leadership, coaching Home Managers, and delivering measurable improvements in quality, compliance, workforce and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• NMC PIN required (for nursing homes).
• Registered Manager Award or willingness to achieve.
• Experience as Home Manager or senior operational leader in adult social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead care homes through change, improvement or transition.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership to homes during vacancies.
• Develop improvement plans with leadership teams and implement solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding and financial performance.
