Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a Senior Associate to govern health and welfare, retirement and pension, wellbeing, and perquisites across EMEA & APAC. You’ll partner with HR, Payroll, and external providers to administer programs, manage renewals, and drive improvements in multiple offices worldwide.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong vendor management, and the ability to communicate complex benefits concepts clearly to diverse staff across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits administration across multiple countries (EMEA/APAC).
• Experience managing annual benefits renewals, broker/vendor coordination, benchmarking, and implementation.
• Knowledge of statutory/regulatory benefits requirements across UK/Europe/APAC; pensions experience is a plus.
• Experience managing external benefits providers and third-party administrators.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits platforms, payroll interfaces, and data reconciliations.
• Strong project management, communication, discretion, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, pension, wellbeing and perks programs across EMEA and APAC.
• Process enrollments, life events, changes, and terminations with providers and HR teams.
• Coordinate benefits activities for onboarding and new-joiner orientation with clear employee communications.
• Maintain accurate plan data in HRIS and benefits systems; perform audits with Payroll and providers.
• Monitor SLAs, resolve issues, and document decisions and actions.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, pension providers, wellness partners, and third-party administrators.
