OrderYOYO is seeking a confident, highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business and grow our restaurant partner estate in the Gloucester region. You will balance acquiring new partners with nurturing current relationships to help partners thrive online.

The role is field-based in Gloucester, with a strong emphasis on sales targets, uncapped bonuses, and a vibrant, supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan effectively and work as part of a team or individually.
• Driven to hit targets and grow a sales portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by acquiring new restaurant partners and expanding estate in the region.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing restaurant partners to support their growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s rapid European expansion.
• Operate in a field-sales capacity from Gloucester, engaging potential partners on-site or in person.
