Job description

We pick up, clean & deliver within 24 hours, with the service currently being available in 14 markets around the globe. After a successful start, we are now ready to grow our young and dynamic team further and continue our international expansion.

We are currently looking for a Regional Associate in our Partner Operations division to join our team at our London office.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional Associate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality service standards across our Partner facilities. You will conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with Laundryheap’s processes and service expectations. Your work will help optimise relationships with Partner facilities, maintain order integrity, and drive continuous improvement in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-site Audits & Visits:
   • Conduct weekly audits and site visits at Partner facilities in your assigned region.
   • Evaluate operational compliance, service quality, and adherence to Laundryheap protocols.
   • Collaborate with Partner teams during visits to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
2. Partner Facility Onboarding/Offboarding:
   • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring operational standards and system integrations are completed before facilities go live or exit.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
   • Maintain documentation of audits, including evaluations and photographic evidence.
   • Provide timely reports to the Account Management team.
   • Present monthly performance and audit summaries to the Regional Manager.
4. Cross-functional Coordination:
   • Work with the Account Management team for order management and case resolution.
   • Collaborate with internal teams on projects to improve facility performance and logistics.
5. Quality Assurance & Standards Monitoring:
   • Stay updated with industry best practices and standards.
   • Identify opportunities for service improvement and share recommendations.
6. Training & Support:
   • Provide training to Partner staff on Laundryheap’s systems and procedures.
   • Support Partners in adopting updates and new technologies.
7. Administrative & Ad Hoc Duties:
   • Support administrative functions as needed.
   • Take on additional operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible travel schedule within the region.
• Experience in operations auditing, preferably in dry cleaning, logistics, or service industries.
• Proficient with digital tools and mobile applications.
• Driven for progression and process-oriented.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Adaptability to dynamic situations.

Desirable:

• Experience working in international markets with cultural awareness.
• 2+ years in a high-growth start-up environment.
• Experience in the dry cleaning/laundry business.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week; 9-hour shifts with 1-hour breaks)
• Location varies across London.
• Work 5 days a week with rotating days off.
• On-site presence required 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and shift work.
• Regular travel between partner facilities; reliable transportation and flexibility are essential.
