We pick up, clean & deliver within 24 hours, with the service currently being available in 14 markets around the globe. After a successful start, we are now ready to grow our young and dynamic team even further and continue our international expansion.
We are currently looking for a Regional Associate in our Partner Operations division to join our fast-growing team at our office in London on a 12-month contractual basis.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality service standards across our Partner facilities. You will conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with Laundryheap's processes and service expectations. Your work will help optimise our relationships with Partner facilities, maintain order integrity, and drive continuous improvement across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-site Audits & Visits:
- Conduct comprehensive weekly audits and site visits at Partner facilities in your assigned
- Evaluate operational compliance, service quality, and adherence to Laundryheap protocols
- Collaborate with Partner teams during visits to identify issues and implement corrective actions where needed
- Partner Facility Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for Partner facilities, ensuring all operational standards and system integrations are completed before going live or exiting.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain clear and organised documentation of all audits, including written evaluations and photographic evidence
- Deliver reports to the Account Management team in a timely and professional format
- Compile and present a monthly performance and audit summary to the Regional Manager.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure accurate order management, case resolution, and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Fleet and Operations) on various projects aimed at improving facility performance and logistics.
- Quality Assurance & Standards Monitoring:
- Stay current with industry best practices and dry cleaning quality standards. Identify opportunities for service improvement and share recommendations with relevant teams.
- Training & Support:
- Provide hands-on training to Partner facility staff on Laundryheap's systems and procedures, with particular focus on app usage and workflow efficiency
- Support Partners in adopting updates to operational procedures or new technologies introduced by Laundryheap.
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Duties:
- Support general administrative functions as required.
- Remain adaptable to take on additional operational projects or tasks based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external teams
- Able to work independently and manage a flexible travel schedule within the assigned region across all working days.
- Previous experience in operations auditing, preferably within the dry cleaning, logistics, or service-based industry
- Proficient in digital tools and mobile applications
- Hindi/ Urdu Language skills preferred
- Ambitious & entrepreneurial

- Strong organisational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Should be comfortable multitasking in a high-energy environment
- Needs to be able to adapt to highly dynamic situations
Desired, but not essential:
- Experience in working in different markets internationally, with strong cultural awareness.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up environment.
- Experience working in a busy dry cleaning/laundry business.
Work Schedule and Patterns:
- Contract: 12 Months. Please note that this is a contractual position for a period of 12 months (40 hours/week; 9-hour shift including 1-hour break)
- Location: Varies across London
- 5 days a week (2 week-offs based on the rota) This role requires you to be on-site 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and shift work as the business requires. The position also involves regular travel between partner facilities, so reliable transportation and flexibility for commuting are essential
