Job summary

WR Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Suffolk. You will drive new business and manage existing accounts in the packaging sector, taking ownership of a defined multi-county territory with autonomy and regular field visits.

You will negotiate pricing and contracts, coordinate with production and technical teams on lead times, and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the packaging industry is essential.
• Strong background in B2B sales and account management.
• Commercially strong with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated and target driven.

Responsibilities
