Job summary

Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions is seeking an External Sales Executive to drive growth in engineering packaging solutions across the UK. You will manage an existing portfolio and win new business, selling technical packaging products into manufacturing environments.

The role requires strong account management, field sales discipline, and the ability to travel nationally, building long-term relationships with engineering, purchasing and production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ external B2B sales experience essential within engineering, industrial, technical sales or industrial packaging
• A proven track record in account management and business development within engineering, industrial, technical sales or industrial packaging
• Experience selling technical products or solutions within engineering, industrial, technical sales or industrial packaging
• The ability to identify commercial opportunities within manufacturing environments
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• A highly organised and self-motivated approach
• The confidence to cold call and actively develop new business
• A full UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Inherit existing portfolio of engineering/manufacturing customers
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts
• Visit customer sites to understand processes and identify packaging improvements
• Build relationships with engineering, purchasing and manufacturing contacts
