Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking a Senior Area Manager to lead a busy, multi-site operation across London. You will drive regional performance by coaching General Managers, optimizing sales and costs, and safeguarding customer experience and standards.

You will own the regional P&L, push for profitable growth, implement recovery plans where needed, and share best practices across sites. Experience in food retail is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading through Store Managers or GMs or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of sales, labour, costs and profit.
• Evidence of improving performance across multiple sites.
• Coaching-led leadership style.
• Ability to interpret data without losing sight of people.
• Hospitality/food service experience is a plus, food retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and commercial performance of the region.
• Collaborate with GMs on sales, labour, customer experience, standards and team performance.
• Own the regional P&L and ensure numbers stack up.
• Identify underperforming sites and implement proper recovery plans.
• Share best practices across the region and raise standards across the estate.
• Support openings, refurbishments and other changes across the business.
• Work with the senior team on wider commercial and operational priorities.
