Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Area Coach to support a portfolio of franchised locations across London, the M25 and surrounding areas. This senior, field-based role focuses on improving performance, standards and commercial results through close collaboration with franchise partners and their operations teams.

The ideal candidate has proven multi-site leadership, coaching and the ability to drive improvements across a broad estate.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site management experience across franchise networks.
• Ability to coach and influence multiple locations through managers.
• Strong commercial sense with data interpretation skills.
• Comfortable working with independent franchise owners and multi-site operators.
• Credibility quickly with experienced business owners and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and supporting franchise partners and operational teams across a multi-site portfolio.
• Drive improvements in sales, profitability, operational standards and customer experience.
• Review store and territory performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews and business performance meetings.
• Develop and agree clear action plans with franchisees and multi-site operators.
• Challenge underperformance constructively to improve results.
• Support franchise partners with labour management, sales growth, cost control and business planning.
• Drive consistency and best practice across the territory.
• Ensure brand standards and operational expectations are maintained.
• Support implementation of new initiatives and wider business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and leadership teams.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues.
