Michael Page is recruiting an Area Manager to oversee multiple sites in the North region. This field-based leadership role focuses on delivering operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial performance across existing stores and new openings.

You will coach Store Managers, uphold brand standards and safety, manage budgets, and implement business improvements across locations. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing sales, budgets and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving operational standards across multiple locations.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement actions to improve results.

• Take ownership of sales, profit and loss across your area.
• Support new store openings and expansion across the region.
