Hyde Group's Property Services team is recruiting an Apprenticeship Manager to run its trade apprenticeship programme across plumbing, electrical, gas and multi-skilled roles, from recruitment through to qualification and progression.

This role combines line management of apprentices across three regions with coaching, workforce planning and collaboration with training providers; travel to Rochester and London is required to support delivery and safeguarding across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing apprentices or early careers programmes with delivery outcomes.
• Line management experience including coaching and performance reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Property Services apprenticeships, setting priorities and supporting qualification and progression.
• Line manage apprentices across three regions, including one-to-ones, coaching, development objectives and performance reviews.
• Work with supervisors and training providers to secure work experience, technical competence and safe working practices.
• Address attendance, conduct, capability and welfare concerns promptly and fairly, escalating safeguarding and delivery risks.
• Monitor participation, progress, retention and completion, using performance information and feedback to improve the programme.
• Turn workforce needs into apprenticeship recruitment plans and support attraction and selection with schools, colleges and community partners.
