Job summary

The Hyde Group in Havant is seeking an Apprenticeship Manager in Property Services to lead a trade apprenticeship programme from recruitment through to qualification and progression. You will combine hands-on apprenticeship management with delivery, coaching and workforce planning, working with colleagues and training providers to build skills across plumbing, electrical, gas, and multi-skilled trades.

Travel to Hyde offices in Rochester and London is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apprenticeships or early careers programmes with delivery outcomes.
• Line management experience including coaching and performance reviews.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance or direct labour operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Property Services apprenticeships with clear priorities and progression.
• Line manage apprentices across three regions with 1:1 coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with supervisors and training providers to ensure work experience, technical competence and safety.
