Job summary

The Hyde Group in Havant is seeking an Apprenticeship Manager in Property Services to lead a generation of skilled trades professionals from recruitment to qualification and career progression.

You will combine hands-on apprentice management with programme delivery, coaching and workforce planning, working with operational leaders, supervisors and training providers to build skills across plumbing, electrical, gas engineering and multi-skilled trades.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apprentices or early careers programmes with responsibility for delivery and outcomes.
• Line management experience including coaching and performance reviews.
• Good understanding of property maintenance or direct labour operations.
• Ability to interpret performance information and turn findings into improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to hold partners to account.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Property Services apprenticeships and enable progression.
• Line manage apprentices across three regions with coaching and reviews.
• Coordinate with supervisors and training providers for work experience and safety.
• Address attendance, conduct and welfare concerns, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor participation and progress, using data to improve the programme.
• Translate workforce needs into recruitment plans with schools and colleges.
