A highly respected British Contractor in the United Kingdom is looking for a Regional Aftercare Manager to lead aftercare services for school projects. This position involves managing defects and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities management and a solid understanding of building systems. You will be the primary contact for aftercare matters and hold key responsibilities in ensuring compliance and reporting on performance. The role offers a bonus scheme.

Competenze

• Experience in aftercare, facilities, or maintenance management within construction.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning and defect management.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the aftercare service for multiple school projects.
• Coordinate maintenance work, snagging rectification, and repairs.
• Serve as the primary client contact for aftercare matters.
