Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an Aftercare Manager to oversee defects and post-completion processes for projects across London, the Thames Valley and Kent. You will lead the aftercare program from practical completion to final sign-off, ensuring exceptional service to clients and end users.

Reporting into the Operations team, you will manage multiple schemes, coordinate snagging and remedial works, and produce progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management or aftercare roles.
• Strong knowledge of defects management and snagging processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftercare and defects across multiple projects.
• Coordinate snagging, defects and remedial works through to closure.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
• Maintain records/reports on defects management software.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure quality standards.
