Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Reading and Oxford region to secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects by building strong relationships with regional clients. You will lead the sales cycle and coordinate building surveys and system designs with innovative, adaptable approaches.

You will collaborate with surveyors, designers and estimators for large projects and drive pipeline growth, ensuring targets are met while supporting regional

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management within a technical sector.
• Experience selling technical, business-to-business solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop and expand relationships across an organisation.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and mobilise teams for win opportunities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline growth and bid on regional projects.
• Present technical information to board level.
• Manage leads and drive sales performance using Salesforce.
• Support large or complex proposals with Estimator/Technical Bid Manager.
• Collaborate with the team to meet defined sales targets.
