BSWA is seeking a Refuge Project Worker in Solihull to support the refuge manager and deliver frontline services for women and their children. You will assist with casework, records, and coordinating with external agencies to ensure safety and well-being.

You will contribute to individual support, participate in on-call duties and weekend rosters, and help organise activities while maintaining strict confidentiality and safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline support services for women and children.
• Ability to work within safeguarding and data recording procedures.
• Strong administrative skills and accurate records management.

Responsabilités

• Assist refuge manager in day-to-day running and front line support.
• Develop and deliver services offering guidance to women and children.
• Maintain records, health and safety docs and funding returns as required.
• Undertake on-site rota coverage and participate in 24-hour on-call rota.
