BSWA in Birmingham is seeking a part-time cleaner/maintenance worker to ensure our refuge accommodation is kept to high standards of cleanliness and safety. The role covers one Birmingham refuge with occasional cover at other refuge sites across Birmingham and Solihull, 22 hours per week, primarily over five days between 9am and 5pm.

You will carry out health and safety checks to ensure compliance with legislation and organisational needs, and maintain the building in a welcoming state for women
