Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a proactive Commercial Refrigeration Parts Coordinator to support the parts and service operation. You will coordinate parts ordering, track stock, and assist engineers and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate administration.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in data entry and stock control. On-site work is required, and basic forklift training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, parts, stock control, or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, engineers and colleagues.
• Experience using internal systems for data entry, stock control or job logging is advantageous.
• Awareness of data protection and confidentiality when handling paperwork and records.

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts, ensuring information is updated in internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, engineers and suppliers to source parts and provide lead times.
• Provide professional telephone and administrative support to stakeholders.
• Handle incoming customer calls, logging and raising reactive jobs in the system.
• Keep the stock room organised, stock in correct locations and clearly labelled.
• Maintain refrigerant gas cage stock and arrange safely.
• Carry out general filing and secure disposal of paperwork per data protection requirements.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock checks across stores, warehouse and engineers’ vans.
• Coordinate engineer van repairs, servicing and MOTs, keeping management informed.
• Assist with unloading/loading large deliveries using an FLT; training will be provided.
