• Optimise and maintain engineer van stock to improve service delivery.
• Ensure safety checks are carried out on the company van daily.
• Maintain product and customer knowledge to meet ISO9002 standards.
• Complete paperwork and online PDA requirements for invoicing and customer interface.
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and ISO9002 standards.
