Job summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to service and maintain heavy commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems across the Midlands. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance in food production, bakery and brewery environments, with travel to multiple sites and a 40-hour week.
The package includes a basic salary up to £48,000 DOE, door-to-door travel pay, overtime at 5x/2x, a £200 on-call retainer, and a path to OTE £60,000+.
Qualifications
- Live in the Midlands.
- Fgas Cat 1.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Planned and reactive maintenance, service, fault finding and repairs on Cold Rooms, Freezer Rooms, Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers.
- Visiting sites across food production, bakery & brewery sectors.

Refrigeration Engineer required in the Midlands. Our client is a well-established refrigeration and process engineering company with a reputation built on technical excellence and quality of delivery. They specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of all types of heavy commercial & light industrial refrigeration systems, specialising in the food production, bakery & brewery sectors.
- Up to £48,000 Basic Salary DOE
- Door to Door travel paid
- 40 Hour working week
- Plenty of overtime available paid at 5x & 2x
- 1 in 6 on call rota - £200 retainer paid + overtime rates for call out
- OTE £60,000+
