Job summary

Pure Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team on supermarket projects in Bournemouth. You will service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems, focusing on CO2 installations and related equipment.

The role includes fault finding, PPm, on-call rotation, and training in hydrocarbons; a valid F-Gas certificate and a full UK driving licence are required, with opportunities for career progression and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience working in commercial refrigeration.
• F-Gas Qualification is required.
• Experience with CO₂ systems is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Fault finding and breakdown response on refrigeration plant.
• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works.
• Working on CO₂ refrigeration equipment across supermarket environments.
• Participation in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
• Completing service reports and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + Overtime + Standby Payments

On-Call: 1 in 4

Holiday: 33 Days (Including Bank Holidays)

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedRefrigeration Engineerto join a growing team working primarily across major supermarket and retail accounts throughout Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with commercial refrigeration experience looking to further develop their skills within the supermarket sector. The role will involve working on modernCO₂ refrigeration systems, with full training provided inhydrocarbon refrigerantsfor the right candidate.

The Role
