Job summary

Pure Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join the team, primarily across supermarket accounts in Nottingham. You will work on modern CO₂ refrigeration systems and receive full training on hydrocarbon refrigerants for the right candidate.

The role involves service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration, fault finding, planned maintenance, and an on-call 1-in-4 rota with focus on customer service and accurate service reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial refrigeration.
• F-Gas Qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + Overtime + Standby Payments
On-Call: 1 in 4
Holiday: 33 Days (Including Bank Holidays)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing team working primarily across major supermarket and retail accounts throughout Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with commercial refrigeration experience looking to further develop their skills within the supermarket sector. The role will involve working on modern CO₂ refrigeration systems, with full training provided in hydrocarbon refrigerants for the right candidate.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Fault finding and breakdown response on refrigeration plant.

Requirements

• Experience working within commercial refrigeration.
• F-Gas Qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with CO₂ systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
