Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to service, maintain and repair refrigeration systems across Aldi and Lidl stores in London and the Home Counties.

You will bring strong supermarket/retail experience, a full UK driving licence and City and Guilds/NVQ level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration. CO2/R290 certificates are a bonus; training will be provided. Excellent salary and benefits on offer.

Job description

Position: Refrigeration Engineer

Location: London and Greater London

Salary: from £42,000 to £50,000 (subject to experience level) plus door to door travel

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering London and Greater London

This engineer will be dealing with the service, maintenance and breakdown of refrigeration systems within Aldi and Lidl stores in the region.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a Refrigeration Engineer. They need to experience within supermarket and retail sites.

This Refrigeration Engineer need to have experience with cold rooms, pack systems and chest freezers. It would be a major advantage if this person was qualified with CO2 and R290, however, training will be provided.

Requirements

• Strong working background as a Refrigeration Engineer
• Full UK driving licence
• City and Guilds/ NVQ level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration
• Holding the CO2 and R290 Certificates would be a bonus
• Based in London or the Home Counties
• Fgas2079 (cat1)
• Experience working in supermarket or retail environments
